School Tryathlon

This year my maths group were given the task to create a tryathlon for the school to complete after our annual swimming sports. We had to mesure the courses that we were making up as we went. We did a few loops around the streets which equaled to a 2.7km bike. A 1.05km run and a 48m swim. We had to work out the transitions and how everything would work it was tricky but very fun. My favourite was the bike because I love biking. Here is the slides that we made to plan out the tryathlon.

  1. Kia ora Sophia,
well done for plotting this course and working it all out. I like the way you have factored in the preparation to make the course safe for everyone.
    When is your triathlon?
Have you been doing. any training for it?
